Wrapping Up the Semester

It Is COLD!
Just a quick reminder to please have your child dress appropriately for the weather.  Now that it is cold, students should be wearing long pants and a warm coat to school.  In addition we recommend bringing a hat and gloves to be worn outside.  We do go outside to play when the temperature is above 32 degrees.  In addition, students should be dressed appropriately in the event there is an emergency evacuation of either the school or the bus.   We do not want students outside in the cold and under-dressed.   Sweatshirts as jackets are not considered appropriate for this type of weather.   Thank you for helping your child make a good decision when leaving for school each morning.

Last Day Before Break
Again this year, the 4th graders will lead the school in a holiday dance assembly.  The assembly will take place on Wednesday, December 20 @ 10:15.  Following the a ssembly, 4th graders will be having their winter parties.  If you are able to lend a hand, please contact your child's homeroom PTO parent -- they may need supplies to be donated for the party.
